Bespoke Concierge Service Launched For Wynyard Park Residents

Wynyard Park is building on its credentials as one of the north east's most desirable locations to live following the launch of a bespoke concierge service.

Residents at the exclusive housing development on Teesside can now enjoy the security and convenience provided by the service which operates out of a newly-built welcome lodge.

The purpose-built facility, located at one of the entrances to the 180 acre woodland estate, offers 24 hour site security and a range of convenient services designed to make life easier for residents.

Featuring a full CCTV system that monitors passing vehicles as well as a staffed presence to provide a seven day a week welcome to the site, Wynyard Park's new lodge is the result of ongoing investment by the site's developer.
