The lodge operates 24 hours a day and residents benefit from unique concierge services. Home owners can take advantage of key drop off, empty house notifications, bicycle rental and signed-for parcel collection. The Park is protected by regular site patrols and CCTV.
In 2021 we opened a temporary welcome lodge on the east side of the development, to make life at Wynyard Park as convenient and secure as possible. Following confirmation from the Local Authority on construction of the new bridge and highway improvements on the entrance to the estate a permanent lodge will be constructed.
