Our Welcome Lodge, situated on The Meadows, provides a visible and reassuring presence at the entrance to the estate, with security coverage in place 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The team helps monitor access points, support general estate safety, and act as a point of contact for urgent estate-related matters. In addition, residents can benefit from concierge-style services such as secure key holding/drop-off and parcel collection, offering added convenience for day-to-day living. While the lodge does not replace emergency services or private home security, it plays an important role in maintaining a safe, well-managed and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
Plans for a second Welcome Lodge at the Hanzard Drive entrance to the park have now been submitted for planning consideration. This proposed addition is intended to further enhance estate presence, security coverage and resident convenience. We will keep residents updated as planning progresses and share further details when available.
